My Approach
I am a nature lover, a father and a lifelong student of the body's wisdom. I practice Relational Somatic Healing, which recognizes that our deepest wounds were formed in relationship and are held in the body. Healing, then, happens in relationship - through gentle presence, attuned listening and sometimes safe, consensual touch and table work.
Together, we create conditions for the body’s wisdom to emerge. We work with what's present: the sensations, the emotions and memories that live in the body. Nothing needs to be forced. Healing unfolds through the simple act of presence.
In our work, strength and vulnerability go hand in hand. There's room for all of you here: the parts that are hurting, the parts that need rest and the light that's ready to shine through.
Someone to walk with you
In my practice, we move at the pace of the body. We create space for whatever wants to arise, trusting the wisdom of your unfolding. I work with people who are ready to untangle the patterns, beliefs, and stuck energy that have kept their authentic expression hidden - particularly those healing from trauma and learning to feel safe in relationship again.
Why I Do This Work
My own path through healing - and my years as a parent witnessing growth, resilience and transformation - showed me the power of attuned presence. I've experienced firsthand how we can shift when someone truly sees us, celebrates us and walks alongside us without agenda.
I came to this work because I know what it's like when hardship has us feeling alone, when the body doesn't feel safe, and when being in relationship feels risky. So much becomes possible when we have the right support. We can untangle what's been holding us back and find our way home to ourselves.

Like a tree that bends toward light or finds a way to root in rocky soil, your survival strategies are to be celebrated. They are testaments to your strength, and when you're ready, we can explore what might want to shift, soften or be released.
