I Am...

a High Priestess, Herbalist, Medicine Woman, Psychotherapist, Mother, Sister, Magick Maker, Enchantress of the Forest, Caretaker of the Earth, Healer of Hearts, Wisdom Keeper and Catalyst for Awakening. 

My Soul Calling is to help connect people to their hearts and their highest version of themselves for the collective Awakening on the Planet.

I fascilitate Women's Circles, Priestess Programs, rituals, medicine ceremonies, weddings, coming of age rituals  and memorials. I have been leading women's groups for over 25 years. 

I am a Mother to two beautiful, grown daughters.

I have been a psychotherapist for 20 years; 

and am forever expanding my consciousness,

healing my own attachment wounds,

transforming my ancestral lineage and

am eternally the student of Life.

My path has led me back to my own Heart, reminding me that Love is the Way.

 

My Training:

I have had training in Attachment based EMDR from the Parnell Institute, Relational Somatic Healing, Perinatal Mood Disorders, Couple's Counseling from the Gottman Method and Emotional Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT - Tapping), Access Consciousness, Theta Healing, Mindful Meditation, Shamanic Training and am specialized in

prenatal and postpartum therapy.  

 I have also trained as an

Herbalist, Medicine Carrier, Priestess, Doula, Environmental Educator and have a Bachelor's

of Arts in Elementary Education from The Pennsylvania State University. 

I have a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Southwest College in Santa Fe, NM.

My Story:

While living in the beautiful and magical, high mountain desert of Taos, New Mexico, I began my journey of Motherhood; which led me to

become a Birth Doula.

I felt inspired to step more fully into my

Path as a Healer, with my focus on Women and mental health. I discovered Southwestern College, 

a transformational and consciousness-

centered graduate school in Santa Fe, where I received my Masters of Arts in Counseling.

It was an amazing, life-changing process full of personal growth and awareness as well as an amazing education and training for

supporting others on their Journey.

I moved to Sonoma County, CA in 2008, inspired

by the lushness of the land and the

expansiveness of the community.

I have been on my personal healing path for over 30 years and have used several modalities, such as: psychedelics, psychotherapy, breathe work, sweat lodge, medicine ceremony, meditation, visualization and shamanic journey, somatic therapy, Priestess work and rituals, Sister Circles and so much more. All the modalities I offer are things that

helped me on my healing journey.
